When you join our waitlist, we collect your name and email address solely to notify you when early access becomes available. We do not collect payment information at sign-up.
Once you use the ConvoSense app, we process audio recordings you initiate. These recordings are transcribed and analyzed to produce summaries and action items. We do not store raw audio beyond the duration needed to generate your output.
We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
Your data is stored on servers located in secure, SOC 2-compliant data centers. We use TLS encryption in transit and AES-256 encryption at rest. Access to personal data is restricted to authorised personnel on a need-to-know basis.
Waitlist data is retained until you unsubscribe or request deletion. In-app conversation data is retained for as long as your account is active. You may delete individual conversations or your entire account at any time.
ConvoSense uses a limited set of third-party services to operate, including cloud infrastructure and analytics providers. Each provider is bound by a data-processing agreement and is prohibited from using your data for their own purposes.
Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you, or to object to or restrict its processing. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at privacy@convosense.app.
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "last updated" date above and, where the changes are material, notify you by email.
