2. Description of Service

ConvoSense is an AI-powered conversation intelligence tool that records, transcribes, and summarizes conversations. Features vary by subscription plan.

3. User Responsibilities

  • You are solely responsible for obtaining consent from all participants before recording any conversation. Laws on recording consent vary by jurisdiction.
  • You must not use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
  • You must not attempt to reverse-engineer or misuse the Service.
  • You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.

4. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of all content you record and upload. By using the Service, you grant ConvoSense a limited, non-exclusive licence to process your content solely to provide and improve the Service. ConvoSense retains all rights to its platform, models, and technology.

5. Subscriptions and Billing

Paid plans are billed on a recurring monthly or annual basis. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial periods unless required by law.

6. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AI-generated summaries and transcriptions may contain errors. You should not rely solely on ConvoSense output for critical decisions.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ConvoSense shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from the Settings page.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify you by email for material changes.
